World War II's most important battle was fought on a mountain three months before the war began. . .
It is 1939 - An unmarked aircraft has crashed on a Far Eastern mountain, its wreckage scattered on a 23,000 foot ridge. With the world at the brink of war, four strangers are drawn to that mountain by an ancient prophecy. The Spanish missionary flees his nation's civil war. The Baltistani hunter scours the Himalaya for his sister's murderers. The American reporter tracks the Axis document that killed her journalist husband. The British mountaineer craves a final shot at the peak that disgraced him. Driven by their bitter pasts and a desperate MI-6 spy, they converge on Mt. Kanchenjunga, unaware that two flights of Japanese imperial marines are closing from the east with orders to retrieve the aircraft's precious cargo at all costs for it will determine the victor of a war not yet started.

The Battle A Nuclear Prophecy The Tenth Avatar Book 2 eBook Gary Naiman
Generally, a sequel to a lead in book is a let down. Not so the case with THE BATTLE. A sequel to THE WARRIORS, THE BATTLE does not skip a beat. The style of the story line by Gary Naiman, is as if one put down a book and picked it up the next day to continue. There is no delay or jump from THE WARRIORS to THE BATTLE. THE BATTLE introduces new antagonists, and had me rooting for the Warriors introduced in the first book. No, the predicable end does come with this book. The reader is the winner. I found myself engaged with the characters and choosing with whom to side. One cannot help but get involved in the storyline. You will find yourself embroiled in the plots and subplots. Very pleased with this offering and hoping for more to come.Product details

The Battle A Nuclear Prophecy The Tenth Avatar Book 2 eBook Gary Naiman Reviews
Nice entertainment reading
Not sure what will happen next. Not a bad story.
Powerful conclusion to the first book. The final hundred pages pulled the entire two-book story together. Best scenes were the battle on the mountain and the climber's final words. The final chapter shook me with its nuclear warning that seems so true in today's world. I liked both books for their intrigue, emotional spirituality, and historical accuracy.
A very good read provocative stimulating thought provoking a story that brings to light what might of happened leading up to fat boy
Good fiction should be a story that is possible. There's books lacked that quality. References to a "Jeep" in Japan on August 10, 1945 was a bit much.
Very important to read the previous book....this has a lot of intrigue that develops as the book progresses, and begins to come together as the book begins to conclude. A LOT of twists and turns. Great plot development and character descriptions. Can't wait for the next book.
